This project proposes an the re-use of the Main Post Office Building of Buenos Aires as a cultural center that cultural center in commemoration of the 200th birthday of Buenos Aires. This circulation x-ray defines the promenade along spaces that are oriented towards key geographical areas that have conformed the identity of the city on arts, sports, politics and scientific innovation.

There are two contrasting circulation paths: the direct and indirect. The direct sequence links the point of arrival with the top floor that provides a complete view of the most modern district of Buenos Aires. The indirect sequence is defined by connected nodal points that correspond to the retrospective chronology of hierarchical urban armatures that shape the history of the city.
