The design of this luxury house is defined by the transition of privacy from the public way into the openness to the rear yard. A succession of frames that capture the living areas are supported by coral stone cladded walls. The sequence of spaces generate an architectural promenade oriented to the surrounding yards, the existing mature trees and the panoramic view over the golf course across the street
