This 7-story mural building inspired in the work of light and space artist James Turrell proposes a mix-use program of ground level retail and six levels of self storage facility. It offers an interface between art and architecture to contribute to the urban renewal of the surrounding area of Flagler Cemetery. The original design was also inspired on the work of optical artists Carlos Cruz-Diez.
