APARTMENTS

The proposed 74-unit multifamily residential project consists of a combination of market-rate and workforce housing for Coconut Grove neighborhood of Miami. This urban infill development proposes basement parking and roof garden and pool deck. It considers density-increase and parking-reduction zoning incentives, and aims to capture the essence of Coconut Grove by bringing in the exuberant nature of the neighborhood.
