This project proposes a quasi-urban intervention to catalyze the revitalization of an area of the south end of the High Line in New York City. It offers a blend of spaces that reveal the identity of Chelsea and Meat Packing District, an epicenter of urban transformation that combines a meat market, night clubs, a hotel an a school o arts, which interact alternating euphoric and relaxing circulation systems. A "wedge park" would link the High-Line with the Hudson River waterfront parkway, keeping a continuous sequence of interconnected public spaces along the this portion of Manhattan.
