The proposed twelve-unit multifamily residential project consists of a combination of workforce housing, affordable housing and extreme low-income housing for the Latin Quarter neighborhood of Miami. This transit-oriented-development proposed zero-parking and double density based on zoning incentives, located within a corridor of high volume of public transportation and within a walking distance to the Brickell financial district, Miami River and Calle 8 thoroughfare, which are the main sources of employment in the area.

Projects like this offer a healthier life quality to the sector of the population that otherwise cannot afford to live closed to urban areas, and instead spend long hours of commuting from the suburban areas of the county.
